1. Accreditations are given to print or online press journalists, print or online press photographs, radio or TV journalists, cameramen (or camerawomen, because we PROTECT equal rights).
2. Surely, we don’t perceive taxes for accreditation.
3. We would like you to fill in the form with your name, surname, the media institution you represent, the type of delegation (reporter, photograph or cameraman), contact details – mobile number and email. The form is available here and after filling in, stamping it and signed by the chief editor and journalist, it must be sent to the address press@iasifilmfest.ro or raluca@iasifilmfest.ro.
4. The accreditation for two persons maximum coming from the same media institution is aloud, excepting media partners.
6. The absence of signatures and authorized stamps unfortunately will lead to the annulment of the accreditation application and, of course, to the refusal of the accreditation.
7. The numeric personal code is strictly confidential information and it will not be required. (Likewise, we will not take your shoes off and force you to pass though filters, radiations or magnets)
8. The deadline for requesting the accreditation is 30 September 2010. Any accreditation request received after this date will not be taken under consideration. The final decision concerning the accreditation will be taken and communicated until 3 October 2010.
9. The things you will receive: accreditation badge with your name, surname, the media institution you represent, the type of delegation (reporter, photograph, cameraman) and an order number/bracelet. The badges will be hopefully ready starting with 4 October 2010.
10. The badge will be personally given, in the presence of an identity document (identity card, passport, driving license without penalization points) – this document can be also requested at other events taken place during the festival. This measure is justified by the fact that the badge doesn’t contain the picture of the owner and it is necessary to assure that the Festival will take place in good conditions.
11. The accreditation is therefore nominal, it can’t be transmitted to another person and it is available for the following events IIFF 2010: all the projections of film that will take place during the Festival, press conferences, the access in the Festival’s backstage for interviewing guests, parties and concerts taking place during the Festival.
12. It is necessary to wear the accreditation badge at all the Festival’s events. Wearing it by another person will lead to the withdrawing of the accreditation.
13. During the movies, we would like you not to take photos or record excerpts of film. By breaking this rule, deleting the video captures will be necessary, as well as the withdrawing of the accreditation.
14. The photographers/cameramen that received accreditation are asked to make available (without payment) to the organizers a complete set of photos taken/a selection of the filmed material. IIFF 2010 will freely use these photos/films materials, always mentioning the name of the photograph/cameraman.
15. The access of unaccredited journalist at the Festival’s events is strictly forbidden.
Iasi International Film Festival, second edition 2010, would like to thank you all for the support given in the attraction of the public at its events! Without the public, any festival, but especially a film festival, lacks its purpose.
Thank you also for understanding the requests above and we can’t wait for you to enjoy with us and our guests the Celebration of Film in Iasi !
